Member-elected leadership.

Our Board is elected by delegates at the Annual General Meeting and governs Sabatia FCS on behalf of the membership. Each director represents a ward in our catchment and serves a three-year term.

The Board sets policy, approves the annual budget and milk-pricing framework, and oversees management. Directors are not paid a salary; they receive sitting allowances as approved by the membership and are bound by the cooperative's by-laws and the Cooperative Societies Act of Kenya.

Annual General Meeting

The AGM is held every March at the Eldama Ravine Social Hall. Audited accounts, the proposed dividend and any by-law changes are tabled before the elected delegates. All members are entitled to attend; voting is conducted through ward delegates.
