Sabatia FCS is run by a small management team accountable to the elected Board and ultimately to the membership.
Oversees milk procurement, processing, finance and member services. Reports to the Board.
Runs the Eldama Ravine chilling plant, the cold-chain fleet and the network of aggregation centres across Sabatia, Mumberes, Torongo and Lembus.
Leads intake testing (lactometer, alcohol, CMT), in-line quality control on the yoghurt and mursik lines, and KEBS compliance.
Oversees member payments, the FOSA savings & advances product, and statutory reporting to the Commissioner for Cooperatives.
Coordinates the field officers, the AI service, dairy meal supply and partnerships with Agriterra and the Baringo County livestock office.
Manages distribution of Sabatia Mursik and yoghurt across Eldama Ravine, Nakuru and Eldoret, and key-account relationships with BioFoods, Brookside and New KCC.
